Production Operative Mechanical Assembly

Our prestigious based Southport client requires; ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE Working in a local modern production facility you will have a solid background knowledge of either electrical or mechanical assembly. Although no formal electrical/mechanical qualifications are required you must be competent and confident working within this particular area. You will be required to perform varied work tasks within a busy manufacturing production facility. A high level of manual dexterity is required as the job involves detailed assembly/production work. You must also be capable of using various assembly tools and you must possess the skills and ability to adapt and learn quickly. You must also be able to work competently as part of a busy production team and have the ability to achieve set manufacturing targets. Full in depth and on-going training will be offered on a continual basis therefore you must possess the relevant basic background skills to allow for this further development and skills training. Reliability is an essential requirement for the above role. This is an excellent temporary to permanent employment opportunity. Minimum initial starting pay is £8.50 per hr but pay may be increased according to skill set. Target based pay increments are also quickly achievable. Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
