We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our stimulating and vibrant organisation. We currently have vacancies for a part-time position within our Spectrum Brands dedicated inbound customer service team in our Central Bristol office. Our Client The role involves handling calls and emails dealing with all aspects of product enquiries via telephone and email. We’re looking for people who are passionate on delivering a great service to their customers, going above and beyond to provide the best possible resolution for customers. You are customer centric, take responsibility and endeavor to exceed in your performance. The Role Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Type: Fixed Term - 9 Months Location: Bristol Annual salary: £6,888.96 Hours: Part-Time -Shifts between 10am-2pm, Monday-Thursday Key Requirements Have the capability to focus on delivering great service to their customers and exceed their expectations. Take personal ownership in investigating, answering and resolving customer complaints, enquiries and contacts in an efficient and courteous manner. Building relationships and rapport by demonstrating excellent customer service standards. Good time management and work ethic are essential. Driven individual with the ability to self-manage owns performance and exceed KPI’s set out by the business. Ability to navigate multiple systems and portals. Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Great team player who goes above and beyond. Previous contact centre and retail experience essential.
