Senior Recruitment Consultant - Actuarial London £35,000 - £50,000 An exciting Investment Management and Banking recruiter, who have recently grown a very successful Insurance part to the business, are keen t hire an experienced Actuarial Recruiter as they struggle to deal with the amount of roles coming in. Working under a Team Leader and Director with a combined 20 years in a Insurance recruitment business you will be guided and developed by some of the best people in the industry. The added bonus is that there is a huge opportunity here to own this area of the business and take full control of the market. The business itself, based out of the very popular and modern WeWork offices, have really been making strides in the Insurance market over the past 18 months, being able to pull in and hire some the best and most successful recruiters in a specialist market that are around. Why not become one? What do you need to have? 2-3 years experience within Actuarial Recruitment. Insurance recruitment experience will also be considered be A strong understanding of the GI Actuarial market and general knowledge of the Insurance sector An enthusiasm to progress and take hold/control of a market Relationships with previous actuarial candidates A "think outside of the box" mindset due to the rarity of these candidates surfacing.
