They continue to win awards and highly ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 across over 30 legal sectors. The role will be based within their Thames Valley office and working for their regarded Pensions Law team that act for a number of high profile national and international clients which include charities, public bodies and international companies Within the role you will be expected to deliver contentious and non-contentious law that includes; practical pensions advice, technical analysis and sponsoring employers on all aspects of pensions law including reorganisations and mergers and also handle disputes and negligence claims and rectification applications and disputes between trustees and sponsoring employees. Ideally, you will be an experienced Solicitor with proven ability within Pensions, gained within a City or Regional law firm this seeking a progressive law firm offering access to an enviable portfolio clients and high degree of autonomy.
