An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal who can offer as little as 6-12 months’ experience working as a paralegal, dealing with professional regulatory work. Here is a chance to join a prestigious UK firm in Reading, and be part of its award-winning Professional Regulatory team. Working as part of an established paralegal team, supporting partners and senior associates, you can expect a great deal of variety in this role. Duties will include: Conducting witness interviews, drafting witness statements and obtaining/preparing all hearing documentation in accordance with a case plan. Attending expert conferences and some substantive fitness to practice hearings. Communicating extensively with witnesses, professional registrants, legal representatives and professional clients including the regulators' hearings managers.
