The Role In joining the firm’s respected Real Estate Litigation department as a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be handling a mix of work to include: Title defect matters Dilapidations issues L&T disputes 1954 Act renewals Candidate Profile The ideal Property Litigation Lawyer will have: 4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor with Real Estate Litigation experience Strong communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Rewards This is an excellent Real Estate Litigation role where you will enjoy top quality work for a broad range of clients that operate across a range of sectors.
