You will be working in the firm's highly regarded employment department where you will handle a mix of claimant and respondent work, this variety of work will make for a very interesting caseload. On the claimant side, you will work with senior executives and board level clients on a mix of matters including; redundancies, employment tribunals and a variety of more complex cases which include whistle-blowing, discrimination and TUPE/insolvency. On the respondent side, you will deal with OMB, SME's, right up to well-known national companies. You will work on contentious and non-contentious matters which include; HR advisory work, company restructures, employment contracts, TUPE to name a few. You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least five years PQE. You should have experience in both claimant and respondent work and have worked on a mixed caseload of both continuous and non-contentious matters. You will have excellent client skills and an eye for business development, with the ability to be able to spot opportunities where other may not. You may have worked at a regional, specialist, legal 500 or west end practice and should have a good billing history.
