The role The firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Finchley, North London office. You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. The firm has a loyal client base, the company commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work. You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies. This role will present an excellent level of exposure and offers great prospects for career progression. Requirements You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) You will have a meticulous eye for detail Strong communication skills are essential Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package This is an excellent Company Commercial Solicitor role with excellent prospects and career development based in the firms Finchley, North London office.
