Overview
A national firm - one of the fastest-growing law firms within its practice sectors - is seeking a childcare solicitor in its Bedfordshire office. The firm has over 200 staff across its 13-office network and is looking to expand its services inline with targeted growth in its core services. The ideal childcare solicitor will have around 2 years' PQE and preferably a panel accreditation or a strong motivation to work towards gaining one. You should be able to demonstrate an outstanding knowledge of care orders, supervision orders, emergency protection, special guardianship orders, child protection reviews and child arrangement orders. You will have represented parents, grandparents, other family members and children directly or through their court-appointed Children’s Guardian. This role in Bedfordshire will see you join a growing team and you should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the local regional market.
