Overview
Care Manager Amegreen Complex Homecare are looking for exceptional Care Manager to join our fast growing team, to support clients with complex needs within their own home. Our clients have significant and sometimes acute needs. The complex care they require can demand a high level of support for them and their families. What we offer the Care Manager: Highly competitive rates Workplace pension Excellent training & opportunities for career progression Company phone, laptop and petrol card/mileage Refer a friend bonus scheme Free DBS check What the Care Manager will do: Responsible for delivering high quality care, ensuring we promote clients independence, comfort and dignity within their own home Be responsible for day-to-day running of multiple client packages, including creating care plans, rotas, client reviews and staff supervisions Provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures Manage and build strong care teams Assisting with the out of hours on call on a rota basis What the Care Manager will have: Previous experience delivering complex care in the home environment - required Demonstrable knowledge of management responsibilities - required Health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 - required Right to work in the UK Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - required Committed to providing the best possible care for the client Full UK driving licence with access to a car - required At Amegreen our aim is simple: to provide the best possible care to our clients in their own homes and to look after our staff to ensure they are valued, supported and trained to deliver the services our clients require.
