About the Role This medium sized, West Kent based practice has an excellent reputation locally and will give you the opportunity to handle a busy and sometimes complex HNW caseload, developing your career. Joining a 20 strong property team you will be managing your own caseload of: - Purchase & sale of freehold and leasehold property’s - Re-mortgages - Rural property’s - Equity release - Joint ownership - New builds Candidate Requirements You will need to have: - NQ -3 years relevant experience - Strong marketing skills - Organised and able to use initiative - Proven track record as a trainee - Interest in commercial property, desirable but not essential On offer This is a firm that has seen steady, organic growth over the past decade.
