One of the world's leading manufacturers of jet engines and part of one of the biggest companies in the world, is seeking to hire an Aviation Finance lawyer into their legal team, based in London. The position is a broad corporate and commercial role, working as part of an international legal team with lawyers based across the world. Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will work on a range of financing, leasing and manufacturer and distribution agreements. In addition the business provides servicing for the engines which creates a range of different joint venture agreements and commercial issues. Interested lawyers seeking to move in house from private practice should possess the following attributes: You will be a qualified Solicitor and have trained or practised within a leading top 20 law firm / international firm or in a suitable in house role.
