Overview
One of the nation's largest conveyancing law firms is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner to join its Manchester based team as it continues to expand its national presence. Specialising in volume conveyancing, the firm has perfected the process over the last 15 years. It is to this process the firm attributes its huge success. It is now looking to appoint experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work in a high performing, fast paced role based in central Manchester. As the residential conveyancing specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions predominately focusing on building strong relationships with clients/customers and ensuring that deadlines are managed and prioritised. To benefit from this residential conveyancing fee earner opportunity, you will have at least 12 months' conveyancing experience managing a caseload of 60 residential property files from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity.
