Overview

We are currenting looking to recruit an experienced Head of IT Governance on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week basis) to join us at LTE Group. Reporting to the Group IT Director you will lead on financial management of the IS department including operational and project budgets, financial management of commercial entities designed to sell services and business processes within IS for the provision of services to internal customers. This is a wide-range and over-arching role interfacing with all elements of the IS team, group operations and the customer base to ensure processes and their associated cost meet group needs. Qualifications, skills and experience required to be successful in the role of Head of IT Governance: Bachelor's degree or equivalent - preferably in an accountancy or economics discipline Financial qualification such as ACMA A proven track record of success in a senior governance/performance financial management role in a customer/data centric organisation of significant scale and complexity Significant experience and an intimate knowledge of highly complex financial planning and budget control A detailed knowledge of business processes, in particular IT and digital related Strong exposure to the development, analysis and interpretation of data to inform and direct decision making at board and executive level. A proactive learner, with an open manner and exceptional interpersonal skills who can adapt quickly to the groups operating environment and establish trust and respect at all levels, both internally and externally. Innovative problem solver with a challenging, commercial outlook, balancing competing resource needs and demonstrating an ability to deliver to challenging deadlines. An appreciation of the skill development and training sectors and diverse funding methodologies. Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
