QA Test Engineer Reigate to £55k QA Test Engineer (C# Microsoft Agile). Are you a process-driven QA Test Engineer? As a QA Test Engineer, you’ll be a core member of the legacy software development teams, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the group’s desktop-based application releases. You’ll work across manual and automated mission-critical testing, (they script in C#) carrying out user acceptance and systems testing of legacy applications with an end-user-centric approach. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to partner with talented teams in an Agile, dynamic and fast paced development environment. You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of business critical applications, and will have an opportunity to make an impact through taking ownership of testing phases as well as participating in future enhancements. Requirements: You have manual and automated testing experience (and demonstrable knowledge of testing in an Agile environment) You have strong automated scripting skills in C# You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Toolsets and environments, e.g. Visual Studio / Coded UI / SharePoint / SQL You have experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment Desirable: specific experience testing financial software in desktop web technologies / ISEB/ISTQB foundation certificate in Software Testing As a QA Test Engineer you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £55k), plus bonus and a host of benefits.
