If this is of interest, read on… My client are growing rapidly by merger and acquisition, and as a result, a number of high profile projects have arisen and thus we have heavy demand for growing the BA function. We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst - adept with both Systems/Data Analysis. The role will involve working with stakeholders and end users across all levels of the company to: Assist on the development Content Management Systems. Large scale systems integrations across the group IT estate. Automation of existing manual systems. Data Modelling. Process Mapping and enhancements - to BPMN standards. Run SQL Queries where necessary - translating data into workable solutions. Taking non-functional specifications and translating these into functional specifications for the development teams. Key requirements: Energetic, keen to constantly learn and develop within a thriving multi-cultural team. Strong, demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst. A candidate that can provide strong examples of WHAT they have delivered, as opposed to merely HOW they've done so. Experience communicating to a varied range of stakeholders across both IT and the Business (Senior level). Previous experience working in a technical capacity, as either a Systems Analyst or an MI/BI background would be advantageous. Experience working in Waterfall and Agile Environments Previous experience as a developer / programmer / engineer (desirable) Previous retail experience (desirable) Company Benefits: Group Retail Discounts.
