IT Supplier Manager, Account Manager, IT Service Manager Job Title: IT Service & Supplier Manager Salary: £30,000 Bonus Location: Cardiff Acorn is currently recruiting for an IT Service & Supplier Manager based in luxurious offices in Cardiff City Centre. The client is a large financial services organisation that has embarked on a significant growth plan over the past three years in an aim to scale from 500 to 1000 staff - with a focus being on the technology front. This is an exciting time as the organisation is also now using their financial backing, existing relationships and reputation to spin out internal start-up products with the aim of building cutting-edge platforms that offer completely fresh approaches to existing markets. As an IT Supplier & Service Manager you will work closely with the IT Services team and be responsible for managing IT suppliers and contracts, ensuring third parties meet contractual obligations. The company are known for strong progression and having a strong focus on work life balance. Day to day responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with suppliers - Manage SLA's between suppliers - Ensuring IT contract renewals and notice periods are clearly understood and setting out roadmaps for the renewals - Responsible for problem management with third party suppliers Benefit from: - Up to 30,000 per annum basic salary - 35-hour work week - Non-contractual bonus - Enhanced Pension scheme (10%) & private healthcare - Up to 25 days holiday (Bank holidays on top) with an option to purchase an extra 5 days This is a great opportunity to join a market leading company.
