Head Of CRM - Manchester - £ 55K Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Of CRM to join our growing client in Manchester. As a Head Of CRM, you will be a hands-on leader, as adept at taking a holistic and strategic view as you are at immersing yourself in the details of individual tactics and activities for our client. The duties of the Head Of CRM will include but not be limited to: Devise and implement a market-leading CRM strategy for the end to end consumer lifecycle through acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation Define and document customer journeys and communications touchpoints Define objectives and KPIs for your area and implement reporting to support Lead the creation, delivery and ongoing optimisation of a suite of customer communications that implement your strategy, for use in multiple channels Take the lead for CRM on various cross-functional and partnership growth projects to create and deliver optimal customer journeys, both online/in-app, and through communications Essential skills and experience: 7 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing and customer segmentation Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills A strong desire for and understanding of multi-variate testing Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organisation This is a great opportunity for a Head Of CRM to join a company who strongly believe in the development of its employees and you will be rewarded with an attractive benefits package: Free off-site car park and fantastic public transport links Generous holiday allowance Gym Membership Head Of CRM - Manchester - £ 55K Interested?
