North London, UK Repairs Work Planner- Social Housing/Property Services (Temp to Perm) One of our social housing clients are looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Work Planner to join their team on a temp to perm basis in North London. This role is working within the repairs team and will be working within a great team carrying out the following duties: • Diary management of all trades operatives (Painters, Carpenters, Plumbers, Plasterers etc) and scheduling in works for them to attend on a daily basis. • Liaising with tenants on a daily basis and ensuring they are made aware of their appointments and keeping them up to date on all details. • Logging repairs and maintenance issues on our clients in house database and raising the jobs, closing down completed jobs and arranging follow on works. • Ordering materials for operatives to be collected for works to be carried out. • All administrative duties such as data entry, email correspondence, typing up letters and scanning/filing documents. • Call handling with residents, operatives, clients and 3rd parties daily You will ideally have excellent customer service skills and pride yourself on delivery of the best customer service around You will ideally be fully computer literate and have strong/accurate typing skills. This role will be within a fast paced environment and organisation is key. An understanding of trades, repairs/maintenance, social housing or property services is very advantageous. Rate of pay £16.24 GBP per hour Umbrella OR £13.03 PAYE (Holiday pay added on top at 12.07%).
