Overview
Are you a Local Authority Application Analyst used to supporting systems that enable core Council activities? Do you have experience of Academy, Capita's Revenue and Benefits application, and Civica Comino? Ideally you will have 12 months of application support experience and a CV that demonstrates; investigating and resolving user support queries and applying changes in response to ad hoc requests, liaising with vendor support desks where appropriate; administering access; experience of configuring and administering batch processing and automation; experience of system reports and auditing function; and experience of configuring new functions and administering system upgrades. This position is offered initially for 6 months and is paying £175 a day via an Umbrella company. Working 36 hours a week you will deliver support on shift basis that covers 7am - 7pm, and occasional weekend working is also expected. With an immediate start please apply now to be considered.
