Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineer Office Based Manchester Permanent Position Immediate Start Commercial projects- Hotels, Office Blocks, New Builds , Refurbishments, Hospitals The client works across a wide range of M&E building services and are looking for a mechanical engineer to work from their head office. You will work closely with senior management and clients on a regular basis Works closely with the Building Surveying teams to survey and report on the condition of Mechanical Services Lead full mechanical Design & Project Management Opportunity to work on large multi million pound projects across the North West Must have an extensive background in Mechanical design and & engineering Mechanical Design experience from within the M&E Building Services industry Strong mechanical technical skills whilst also developing their commercial and client facing skills Design experience is a must but the option to learn how to undertake Mechanical Surveys and Energy Audits Contribute to the professional advice given to the client regarding new builds, refurbishment and any advice within the mechanical package.
