I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a main contractor on one of their most largest frameworks to date. You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and based in C.London, overseeing certain projects within the framework. If the above sounds of interest and got the relevant experience required, then you are what I am looking for Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing subcontract enquiries / quotation comparisons and subcontract documents. Commercial management of subcontractors, including processing payments once authorised by senior management. Cost monitoring of site resources. Production of applications for payments in accordance with the conditions of contract. Providing commercial advice to the site team by advising and using your teams reports.
