What can you expect as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant? • Basic salary between £20k - £25k Uncapped commission, yr 1 earnings £35k - £45k OTE • The realistic potential to be on a six-figure salary after 2-3 years. • Monthly lunch clubs for top billers • Fantastic reward schemes, including all-expense-paid holiday’s • A dynamic working environment • A great opportunity for career & skill development • The chance to establish yourself in a fast-growing industry The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant: • Extensive training will be given to you to ensure you are fully prepared for the role • YOU will be responsible for sourcing your own candidates & clients • Managing client & candidate relations • You will be closing deals and making sure you get plenty of commission • You will be 360 selling roles to the candidates and the candidate to the client Ideal skills and experience: • You are money hungry and prepared to work extremely hard to get that • An extremely motivated, competitive and driven person with examples to show this • A good knowledge of the growing industry that is recruitment • A sales background is preferred but not essential • A recent graduate from university (in the last two years) Our client is a leading recruitment firm looking for dynamic salespeople to join their team.
