Accounts Payable Clerk – Immediate start £14.00 - £16.00 PH Bracknell Ref: JWMT3320 - Are you an experienced Accounts Payable clerk within an B2B environment? - Are you available immediately? If so, then this is an IDEAL opportunity for you Our client, a leader in their industry, based in Bracknell, require an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with a B2B background, to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. Accounts Payable Clerk skills required: - Previous Accounts Payable experience - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills - Quick learner - Good Excel skills - Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter - A strong work ethic with proven analytical skills - Can use own initiative - Team player Accounts Payable Clerk duties include: - Processing received invoices daily for multiple entities, recording them within Microsoft Excel and obtaining relevant approval for all invoices, checking in line with budgets and purchase orders. - Contacting vendors for missing invoices before summarising and escalating to higher management when necessary - Processing urgent payments - Checking and producing aged creditor reports - Management and maintenance of inboxes and post to ensure all documentation and tasks are picked up Email:
