Overview

The Client Solution / Business Architect …… A business focused architecture role, accountable for the creation and ownership of client, sector, and market solution strategy, creating Experian’s single UK&I reference architecture. Feeding into and underpinning solution design for specific Client Opportunities and market strategy for the sector. Our team connects with our customers to understand and translate the desired customer outcomes, and orchestrate resources to make that vision a reality. You will be responsible for advising, coaching and leading internal partners, aligning Experian’s capability with the customer’s business problems The Role We are looking for you to embed into our customer’s industry and business, and promote Experian’s capability to help them achieve their business goals. Solution Transformation Disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase Experian’s unique value proposition. Developing the design and delivery of end to end solutions that have a measurable impact upon customer’s desired outcomes. Work alongside the Go To Market teams and Product Businesses to ensure overall solution consistency and optimisation. Develop and own the Sector Solution Roadmap, and UK&I reference architecture Oversight of market offering in partnership with product communities, own appropriate deal governance, act as adviser to those accountable for delivery. Accountabilities Accountable for development of mid-to-long range Client/Market Solution strategy for allocated portfolio(s) spanning multiple product businesses as well as contributing to Client/opportunity-specific Solutions. Contributing market & Client requirements to UK PCU Product Management to shape products that meet Client and Experian needs. End to end ownership of all Solution Architecture designs that support our market propositions focus. Support Pre-Sales, providing sector specialist expertise in developing prospects. Understand high-level solution design principles and how they impact the commercial viability of a solution. Recognised authority for Solution Design across the organisation and externally Potential for direct reports Experience Proven B2B Solution Architect experience in a financial services or similar industry of mid-to-large sized organization i.e. Financial, Banking, Telco, Utilities, Insurance sectors, Solution Integrator. Excellent stakeholder management with excellent verbal, written, presentation and meeting facilitation skills to ensure a clear unambiguous message is consistently delivered. Experience of working with internal & external 'C’-level managers in setting out Solution Architecture vision and/or value proposition. A self-starter with the ability to quickly understand the complexities of technology against the business need in order to find the best solution against the constraints of time, cost and quality. Solid, assertive, motivational leader able to guide a team (often matrix) into reaching common goals. Why choose us?
