What you’ll do Working in flexible working environment, you will support the administration and delivery of our training, by processing customer enquiries, bookings and changes, field phone calls from delegates that have booked courses and address their queries accordingly. To assist with other activity relating to the successful running of courses in London centres. Roles and responsibilities will include but do not limit: 1. To respond to course enquiries 2. To process all approved course bookings, transfers and cancellations and update booking system 3. To answer queries from customers, responding appropriately and accurately and to handle all calls according to the companies call handling standards. 4. Field phone calls from delegates that have booked courses and address their queries accordingly 5. Provide customer support regarding visas, accommodation and airport ransfers 6. Liaise with consultants regarding course material. 7. Provide post-arrival admin support, including forwarding course materials to the delegates, monitor delegates attendance and update attendance sheet, forward feedback forms to delegates, provide customer support to delegates 8. Monitor outstanding payments 9. To consistently deliver a high quality service to all customers, in line with agreed companies service standards. Other 1. To deal with queries, issues and other ad-hoc duties relating to Course operations. 2. To perform any other reasonable duties as instructed by the CEO and COO. Role requirements Essential 1. Well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritise under pressure 2. Able to build good working relationships across all levels 3. Able to work in a team and independently 4. Able to work under pressure, sometimes to short deadlines 5. Attention to detail 6. Well organised, conscientious, and reliable 7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 8. Computer literacy 9. A clear telephone voice with a polite, tactful and friendly attitude Desirable 1. Customer service admin experience Full training will be provided
