Staffing Specialist Our global client in Hoddesdon is recruiting a Staffing Specialist to join their busy team. This is a 12 month contract role initially with a possible extension offering an hourly rate of up to £26.40 depending on experience. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our client is relocating to Central London late 2020. They will consider the role to be based at their sites in Milton Keynes or Central London but their preference is Hoddesdon (HQ) based until move to Moorgate late 2020. Flexible working is supported . Our ideal candidate will have some HR or Talent Acquisition experience with an understanding of the UK University Relations/Early Talent landscape. You should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of qualifications/experience) and at least 2 years’ experience working in a large matrixed environment - manufacturing, commercial, research and agency/search organization - pharmaceutical industry experience would be an asset. The ability to work effectively within HR partnering with COE’s and HR Ops is critical in order to deliver a holistic talent acquisition service to the business and the candidate. Experience of different sourcing methodologies, end to end recruitment process knowledge and competency based interviewing skills and assessment tools would be advantageous. Innovative and consultative, the TAA will foster strong relationship with our clients, HR and external stakeholders. TAA will have an appetite for new technology and be willing to experiment with digital and social solutions that will appeal to this talent segment. With a thorough understanding of systems and data bases the TAA will be able to produce analytics to support robust business proposals. The TAA will also possess excellent communication skills and will be fluent in English. The Early Talent TAA will implement talent acquisition solutions focussed on university relations, early career and diversity needs in line with business requirements. The opportunity to create innovative attraction strategies are endless - and we need someone who will think differently, try new approaches and learn. And it doesn’t stop there - not only will you be driving the attraction strategies, you will also be partnering with the business and HR Business Partners to design the Student and Graduate programs, plan rotations and ensure that our Early Talent has access to the best development opportunities during their time with us. Reporting to the UK Talent Acquisition Lead, the role will be co-located on site with our UK GTA team who together deliver end to end recruitment solutions for the business. Partnering with our Global GTA teams, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, communication teams and current Graduate/Placement students cohorts will be critical to success in this role. The Early Talent TAA will understand the UK University Relations landscape and link this to how we can attract the best early talent and optimise Employer Branding within this cohort. This will include forging strategic relationships with key universities, developing a digital strategy to ensure breadth of reach and maximising opportunities for our Early Talent strategy to positively impact our Diversity and Inclusion agenda. You will also deliver selection process training for our client groups and play a pivotal role in influencing leaders on hiring decisions, ensuring consistency in the all talent acquisition processes that support best in class manager and candidate experience.
