Job Description
We are Mash, a staffing agency. Which means were all about people. Theres the 35 of us working together at our head office in London Bridge. Plus the 4,000 Mashers on our staff database. And of course our client partners like Samsung, Nike, Peloton, Lavazza, BMW, ghd and Waitrose. Awesome people working together to create positive brand experiences for consumers. And the good news is we need more people. We are looking for a super organised and engaging Project Account Manager to join our promotional staffing team on a contract basis at our HQ. You will report into an Account Director and support them in delivering brilliant staffing campaigns for our agency and brand clients. Heres an overview of whats involved: * As an Account Manager you will build strong relationships with your clients, to help campaigns run smoothly and identify future opportunities. * Interpret new briefs, calculate budgets and draft response proposals. * Plan campaigns against a timeline from staff recruitment and training to logistical elements and reporting. * Make sure the right staff are booked based on their experience and brand fit. * As a Account Manager you will manage an Account Executive and support them in their role. * Take responsibility for all financial aspects of the account. * Spend time on-site to help direct the staff and gain insight for the client. * Work with other internal teams including Talent, HR, Finance and New Business to ensure successful campaigns. * Create reports, status updates, contact reports etc. within agreed time frames. Requirements To apply for this role, wed like you to have the following skills and experience: * 2+ years agency experience, with at least one year in a staffing agency * Excellent communication and client service skills * Good financial acumen and organisational skills * Strong work ethic and ability to perform well within a team Benefits And in return for all your hard work, theres lots of benefits for you: * Salary 30,000 - 33,000 * Holiday on a pro rata basis * Free breakfast, great coffee and fresh fruit all day * Great company culture Finer Details: This role is to start as soon as possible with an initial contract of 5 months to manage an exciting new project.
