637173 Credit Controller Doncaster Full Time/Permanent Salary £20K - £23K Austin Banks are currently recruiting for our Doncaster based client; specialising in waste management, recycling and facilities management. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a methodical and self-motivated individual to join their expanding company. This role is predominantly based around providing exceptional debt management. You will have an excellent telephone manner, organisational skills and be perceptive with regards to meeting the tight cash flow targets of an ambitious company. You will be responsible for assisting with disputes and queries by creating good customer relationships to resolve debt issues. The successful candidate will also be required to assist with general administration duties to reflect the needs of a growing Accounts department. Skills/Experience required: Previous experience of working within a credit control position is essential Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is preferred however is not necessary A good level of computer skills The ability to work alone or as part of a team where needed Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines Benefits: 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service Auto-enrolment onto company paid health benefits scheme Attendance bonus scheme Retail & gym membership discounts Charity volunteering opportunities Full training plan Free onsite parking Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm (occasional Saturday morning 8:30am-12pm on a rota basis)
