Customer Service Advisor - £9.30ph - IMMEDIATE START We are currently recruiting NOW for Customer Service Advisors to work in a new 24HR contact centre opening on the outskirts of Peterborough. The pay is £9.30p/hr with 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Sunday. This Customer Service Advisor role is a full-time, ongoing position, starting from Monday 9th March 2020. You will be taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries. There is both a Day Shift (6am - 6pm) and a Night Shift (6pm - 6am). Full training will be given. The successful Customer Service Advisor, applicants will have the following skills: Competent with IT systems. A confident telephone manner. Clear written and spoken English Experience in a previous Customer Service Advisor role is preferred. Due to the location, having your own transport is ESSENTIAL. On-site parking is provided.
