Responsibilities as our Agency and Commissions Assistant include: - Provide professional, efficient, courteous and accurate support to Brokers regarding commission queries and agency queries - Effectively manage time and work within a team to meet our Service Level Agreement demands - Investigate, resolve and reply to email queries - Be able to deal with difficult conversations which result in a positive resolution What we’re looking for in our Agency and Commissions Assistant: Essential - Ability to communicate well, both verbally and through written communication - Experience in a customer service environment - Computer literate including the use of Microsoft office, including Excel - Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in technologies and processes - Enjoy working collaboratively to support your team and wider teams within Vitality - Ability to prioritise workload and take end to end ownership of broker queries Desirable - Front line financial services customer service experience - Telephony experience - Knowledge of health/life insurance - Experience working in a contact centre - Finance experience Working for Vitality, you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
