Role: Digital Media Sales Manager - Influencer Agency Location: Bournemouth Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 /year Tru-talent are very excited to be working with an award winning Influencer Agency based in Bournemouth who work with some of the world’s biggest brands across Toy, Film, Entertainment, Fashion and Sports and are continuing to expand rapidly into the European and US markets. They are looking for a Digital Media Sales Manager to manage their dynamic sales team of Industry Specialists. In this rapidly growing and fast paced market, you’ll need to be a highly motivated, self-assured and a natural born leader, with a strong understanding of the digital, social media and influencer landscape. Media sales management experience is essential and a proven track record of managing a successful team is a must Responsibilities: Hold weekly sales meetings to manage the Account Managers robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked. Manage Client expectations / Campaign Management. Manage the team and individual performance, implementing plans to support improvement in performance where necessary as well as identifying training needs, ensuring the team have the required skills, knowledge and attitude to be successful. Work closely with the Directors of the company to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals in line with company strategy. Create a resilient and strategic approach to allow to build trusted partnerships and constructively challenge to achieve long and short-term commercial objectives. Identify business critical issues and propose solutions for these. Attend events to ultimately gain new business and be 1 on Brands and Agencies radars. Hold exceptional presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts. Use your fantastic understanding of current Digital Sales and Marketing platforms to be able to confidently manage the sales funnels and conversion metrics of your team. Become an industry icon that everyone wants to do business with. Constantly research the Influencer Industry to ensure you are exploiting every opportunity available. Requirements: Digital Media Sales Management experience is essential. Have a well respected reputation within the Media Industry. A true passion for online content and a strong sales drive with an ability to build and close strategic partnerships. Hungry to excel in this fast-paced influencer marketing environment. Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player. An understanding of current Digital Sales and Marketing platforms. Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills as well as communication skills and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Additional Information: Office hours 09.30 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday & Friday 09:30 - 16:00. 25 days annual leave per annum Bank Holidays. Office closed between Christmas and New Year. The role will involve travelling to London and potential trips abroad to attend conventions and meet overseas clients.
