Overview
NJR are delighted to be working with a very well known Accident Repair Specialist who have a nationwide coverage and are looking to add a Credit Hire Claims Handler to their growing team. As Claims Handler you must be confident with a highly professional telephone manner and able to deliver a high quality service at all times. You will be responsible to handle all motor claims on behalf of clients who are reporting motor vehicle incidents to their respective insurers. Additionally you must be able to identify any potential clients that would benefit from the clients in house claims services, utilising liability assessment skills and assess individual client suitability. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Claims Handler - preferably with in a Motor claims/insurance and credit hire environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to multi-task. You will be joining an organisation that holds a friendly working atmosphere. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the success and ultimately the high level of service given to all clients.
