Management accountant | Global marketing agency This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-driven finance professional to join a globally-renowned marketing agency. This company boasts a rich and reputable history with a strong team culture. The purpose of this role is to assist the Financial Controller in delivering timely and accurate management information to the business through analysis of business unit performance to support decision making. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include: Month-end closing process such as posting monthly journal entries, revenue entries, accruals, prepayments etc Preparing the budgets & forecasts Assisting with statutory accounting such as VAT returns Overseeing the preparation of sales invoices, following up on overdue debtors Contributing to the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts Completing commercial analysis on new projects and monitoring margins across projects, working with internal project teams Assisting with the statutory audit process Project work such as system implementations and ad-hoc analysis Ideal candidate: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong attention to detail Able to build relationships with different departments Hands on approach, willing to contribute to a close-knit team environment
