I am currently looking for a Graduate Finance Analyst (with one to two years experience) to work for an international Technology business that are currently changing the way business unlock data, insights and advisory solutions to enable top brands and retailers to stay ahead in today's e-Commerce driven world The successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Finance Manager and wider UK finance team in all aspects of analysis, reporting, data-entry and forecasting for P&L. This position will support the Commercial Finance Manager within the billings and revenue division in delivering business as usual finance activities, month end requirements and project work focusing on ARR and Revenue optimisation. You will be responsible for day-to-day Billings and Revenue activities; including daily and weekly reporting, forecasting and month end duties. Responsibilities: Prepare and review P&L variance analysis at month end and forecast cycles as well as preparing board packs. You will work closely in building relationship with Sales as well as the wider Finance function. Ensuring Salesforce data is accurate ensuring quality of stored data. Project work to establish benchmarks and a measurement framework that will give stakeholders a comprehensive view of data quality, trends and decision support. Own and manage data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness of customer data. Work with project teams to build functionality that improves data quality at point of entry (on front-end platforms). Work with Data Quality team to utilise expertise, processes and technical solutions, ensuring that once implemented, it can be re-purposed/reused by other brands within the group. Reviewing process and identifying opportunities to deliver efficiency and understanding through enhance analysis/reporting. Ad- hoc project work when required. Experience needed: At least 1 year working experience in a relevant role within a finance department. Part-Qualification is a must (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent). Advanced excel skills (macros) with confidence in building models/reports. Advanced PowerPoint and Data Visualisation skillset to support reporting and presentations. Experience of forecast preparation and related reporting - comprehensive data reporting. Comfortable working with large datasets and able to distil complex issues down to key messages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal English language skills. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Project management and stakeholder management experience.
