Overview
My client, based in Leeds, require a senior and experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager to deliver an end-to-end transformation of teams, suppliers/partners and technology platforms. The client is looking to bring an interim on board for an initial 6 month period Key Tasks and Responsibilities As this will involve team re-structures, sourcing strategy, procurement and transition, as well as technology transformation, experience of operational leadership and/or enterprise architecture is desirable, in addition to extensive programme and project management experience. The end-to-end transformation is anticipated to take two years; the scope of the initial six-month engagement is as follows: Produce programme definition plan, including approved high level programme business case (and detailed tranche one business case); Programme and project management of emerging digital and technology projects and initiatives (as the technology transformation is following the people transformation, there is increasing urgency to find short term, tactical fixes); Programme manage high-level designs for connectivity and Microsoft cloud architecture and initiate projects. Programme manage sourcing strategy initiative. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and have a demonstrable record of accomplishment of delivering large scale and complex digital transformation programmes, including managing multiple internal project teams, external business delivery partners and stakeholders at all levels.
