Architectural Technician/Technical Architect
Overview
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Technician or Technical Architect to work for an established yet close-knit practice based in Surrey. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £35,000 pa depending on experience. For this opportunity you will need at least 5 years industry experience, this is of course an opportunity geared toward someones technical expertise however you will also need design sensitivity for this one. Day to day you'll be working on high-end residential schemes in the Surrey area, producing detailing an joinery packages. You'll be going on site from time to tie and must be used to client liaisons. ArchiCAD is the main software in use so fluency would be ideal but don;t let this put you off, if you're not fluent with this software then the company in question do provide training. With a huge increase in workload within the bespoke residential sector they are seeking a talented individual to become an important member of the team.
