Senior Associate
Overview
A senior associate or associate director is required for a central London practice who have forged a niche in residential, commercial and master-planninng in the UK. They are a medium-sized practice with high staff retention and employee-owned trust in place. The practice has won numerous awards and accolades, having a strong name in the UK market for inventive projects that gain planning and are built. You will be working with Tier 1 high-profile clients and a project-specific large UK master-plan. You will be a second in command to a director who requires support and expert knowledge in UK masterplanning. The practice has won the competition, the role of the successful architect/master-planner will be to lead the project and develop the competition-winning design. The studio sees this as a role for an architect/master-planner to move into business development. They want to see profiles of associate or associate directors who are already pitching, networking and being at the forefront of work-winning. You will be able to develop this skill further with the support of directors and the strong company name. The role is for those with a track record of getting schemes through planning. This role could lead into a head of masterplanning and they would like to see this person move into directorship in future.
