ArchiCAD Technician
Overview
An exciting opportunity for an ArchiCAD proficient Technician or Architect to work for a well-known Winchester based practice. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £35,000 pa depending on experience. This position is for an experienced individual thus you'll need at least 3 years industry experience within the UK behind you. You'll be working on a variety of projects ranging from commercial to listed buildings schemes in the South East, there will certainly be more weight to a background in traditional Architecture and within the high-end residential sector so this would be preferable. You'll need to be able to produce technical drawing packages and site experience would be a bonus. ArchiCAD is the only software and you'll be required to hit the ground running with this from the off. The company in question have a number of offices across the country. Working on a number of traditional schemes as well some recent new build work within the high-end residential sector.
