Interior Designer for showrooms, £30k to £45 salary, Stourbridge Your new company An established design consultancy, that prides itself on it's commercial approach to design. From client brief to installation, their expertise focuses on utilising interior design, as a tool to convert client sales targets into purchases. Recognising the impact of creating the right show room for the right client. Combining their extensive expertise in the property market with an efficient, in-house, end-to-end service, converting client sales goals into reality. Working on Penthouse apartment homes and prestigious luxury houses through the West Midlands & Greater London as examples. Your new role You will be reporting to the Design Director, being involved from beginning to end of the assignments. You'll be briefed from development, signing off projects then taking them to studio with a team of designers and a select few freelancers. You will be in contact with the business development director to make sure that you are working to design of high-end 2 to 5 bedroom houses and 1 to 2 bedroom apartments. This is why it is crucial to have experience in show home displays. What you'll need to succeed For this exclusive opportunity for a luxury interior design company you'll need a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience working at interior design companies, more specifically show home experience. You'll need to be used to working in intense environments, design schemes within time appropriate time scales. You'll be a hard-working and passionate team player who is commercially astute and capable of negotiating with suppliers. Have relevant qualifications at a BA level in Interior Design. What you'll get in return In return you will have flexible working hours, base hours are full time from 9am to 5pm but can vary dependant on project and client needs. A base salary of £30,000 and £45,000 OTE . Benefits include a potential 50% of salary pension based on margin performance and other bonuses.
