Overview
Bristol, Finishing Manager, Commercial unit. Your new company Working with a large commercial contractor who specialise in developments across the UK. Ranging in value from 100k - 30 million. The company do at times step in to residential works which are usually within the city centre area. Your new role Your new role will be to work as a finishing manager alongside a strong operational and commercial team on site. The site has been going for around 6 months and is now starting to come to finishing stage oh the 1st phase. Depending on background and company fit you may be responsible for finishing a number of sections of the project. What you'll need to succeed SMSTS, CSCS First aid. You must have an understanding of finishing works, you must have had exposure to large projects (with references) the company are open to the background of the candidate.
