Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with one of the South Coast’s largest employers in their recruitment for a Finance Business Partner. Located at our client’s head office in Southampton, you’ll report in to the Financial Controller and manage budgeting, monitoring and forecasting of a specific division. As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide key financial insight on costings and contracts, as well as the key liaison with external stakeholders. This position will deputise for the Financial Controller and be responsible for the management and development of a team of staff who support your division. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant. You will ideally have knowledge of managing a team, the ability to manipulate large data sets and first-class communication skills.
