While this success is hard won they have invested in hiring people with a passion for construction, who buy into an ethos of teamwork and they have invested heavily in making sure their systems and processes keep pace with an evolving industry. This includes Building Information Modelling and VR technology which has been hugely beneficial not only in the delivery phase but also in in securing the tenders in the first place.
