As an IT Contracts Analyst, you will play an important role, managing the IT supplier base & financial budgets for hardware/software support contracts, procurement of IT goods & associated services. You will work collaboratively with the wider business and the technology function to provide monitoring and allocation of software applications in line with current licence entitlements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. You will be involved in the management of financial forecasts and the procurement of IT goods and services in line with budgets, provide MI reporting on spend performance and deliver continual service/process improvements to reduce associated risks. You will build effective and collaborative relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to drive best practice and cost-effective solutions. You will be involved in the review and recommendation for process improvements across the wider business to help meet business needs and objectives. Skills & Experience: · Previous experience in a vendor management role or similar · An understanding of software asset management & compliance activities · Understanding of terminology in vendor contracts · Exposure to management of financial budgets · Be a self-starter with the ability to successfully prioritise and manage multiple tasks · Is a positive individual with the ability to build effective working relationships · Flexible/open-minded individual with the ability to adapt to changes In addition to this, the successful candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to other Computershare locations in the UK Specific Key Benefits of the Role Computershare offers all employees 25 days holiday, an excellent pension scheme, shareholder incentive plan (buy one get one free on all shares purchased), subsidised gym membership and a flexible employee benefits scheme (including the option to buy additional annual leave).
