Overview

Our client is a successful National Bank and they have just created an exciting new role This role will be to look at your companys staff benefits packages to ensure they are equal and fair to all employees Working alongside a team of Reward & Pensions professionals the successful applicant will help build and implement our reward and recognition strategy through the design and development of pension, reward and governance data models providing insightful, accurate and timely reward management information across all the Departments and areas of responsibility. Main Responsibilities Working across the full range of Reward and Governance accountabilities you will find yourself involved in: - Completion of the annual salary benchmarking surveys, market data validation and analysis. - Job Family and Salary Band development. - The annual Pay Review and Bonus Scheme modelling and implementation. - The annual regulatory Gender Pay Gap, Ethnicity Gap and CEO Pay Ratio reporting. - Ensuring compliance through the completion of equal pay audits and reviews. - Colleague reward, recognition and benefits analysis and benchmarking. To be successful you will be a highly analytical, data driven individual who has worked within a role where you have drawn conclusions or made recommendations based on data insights. Experience of working in an HR environment would be a distinct advantage and advanced MS Excel skills and VBA knowledge are essential Base to £35000 plus benefits
