Burgess Farms (Produce World Group) has an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Analyst to join the team based in Yaxley . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities as our Infrastructure Analyst: - Provide first, second and third line support on all agreed business systems - Act as second- and third-line escalation point for IT colleagues - Take responsibility for systems as required, ensure implementation, support and training completed to the expected standards - Responsible for maintaining and supporting best in class ERP systems enabling real-time information capture and decision making - Proactively monitor and manage systems using the tools available - Ensure all required documentation completed to the required standards, and required system monitoring is performed - Support the automated system deployment for desktops, servers and the Citrix environment - Provide Out of Hours support for the business, in line with the rest of the Group IT Department What we’re looking for in our Infrastructure Analyst : - 3 years working in IT Or Educated to A-Level (IT Related) or equivalent and 2 years working in IT Or educated to degree level (IT related) and 1 year working in IT. - In depth knowledge of Microsoft Desktops, Experience of a virtualised server environment. - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting solutions/tools or other database technologies - Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Experience of Office 365 - Willingness to learn new skills and technologies If you feel that you are the right candidate for the role as our Infrastructure Analyst , then please click ‘ apply’ now.
