Overview
The teams objective is the improvement of underwriting decisions to affect underwriting performance. The successful individual will share their expertise with the wider team and ensure their analytical analysis is first rate. The initial focus of this role will be the performance and technical pricing of their property portfolio, but over time you will be given the the opportunity to work cross their entire range of products. You'll need to have sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills and the ability see the bigger picture; attention to details and strong analytical skills are essential. 1-3 years experience in non-life personal lines and/or commercial lines pricing or reserving is essential. Emblem knowledge is highly advantageous.
