Overview
I am working with a growing multi-disciplinary practice that is going from strength to strength and as a result has a unique opportunity to add an experienced Architectural Assistant (either Part I or Part II) to their dynamic friendly team. You will be an integral member of the business assisting on simultaneous projects at any one time. The team work across a variety of sectors but predominately projects within the commercial public realm, working heavily with both private practice and local authority. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work an involved role, with full autonomy for this friendly company that are at a period of exciting growth and it turn will offer excellent career progression. The right individual must have a good all round skill set and technical ability with good proficiency in working in Revit (practical experience using Revit on live projects is essential, although you do not need to be a fully proficient user) Reporting into Senior Architects and the Design manager, key duties of the role will include: Assisting the department to complete a number of public sector feasibilities Developing with the Architects and the commercial manager an acceptable presentation style for these feasibilities Assist the Architects with presentation of planning and RIBA stage 3 drawings Assist the architects with 3D visualisations and other diagrams for design and access statements and pre application reports Assist with information issuing and keeping the drawing issue sheets updated There is ample career opportunity within the role, with various benefits to the role including flexi hours, highly competitive salary, great performance bonus scheme and pension etc. My client are highly efficient and looking to secure someone asap, so if you are suited to the above description or have the right transferable skills; It would be great to hear from you asap.
