Overview

Creative and UX Manager - B2C - Wigan - £Competitive Join our Wigan client as their new Creative and UX Manager As Creative and UX Manager you will join a creative team responsible for the internal and external delivery of creative work required by our client. With a focus on all creative marketing activity across multiple B2C brands on an international scale. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage a team of two, a Graphic Designer who will primarily provide creative support for digital across the multiple website, email templates, social and other digital platform. The second direct report, a Creative Executive, will provide creative assets for brands providing product imagery and video content to bring the brands to life. The key responsibilities of a Creative and UX Manager include, but are not limited to: •Utilising a full range of digital creative tools, primarily Adobe Suite, to create and amend artwork as briefed. •Creating digital or Print ready output and being proactive in ensuring that delivery is fit for purpose, and complies with core brand guidelines. •Delivering concepts and ideas as completed designs that standout within the constraints of a fast-turnaround environment. A lead a passionate team to deliver engaging work, intelligent ideas and commitment to the highest level of service to all the groups brands. The key skills and qualities of a Creative Manager are: • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in within digital design. • The successful candidate must have working knowledge of: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; alongside an understanding of web and software development, social media and email marketing design. • Experience with UI/UX design, using Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools is desirable. • Experience utilising customer testing tools to draw behavioural insight from customer journeys. • The successful candidate must have the creativity and attention to detail required to produce print or digital output appropriate to the brief. • Adaptability to new working techniques, speed and accuracy of delivery are required competencies.
