You will be part of their EU Healthcare BD team who have experienced extensive growth over the last few years and currently work with 16 out of the top 20 Pharmaceutical companies. This company have 17 offices around the world including San Francisco, New York, and Boston. Job Description In this Business Development graduate job, your mission will be to research, investigate and chase new leads to book meetings with your Business Development Manager. You will be contacting international executives across Europe and the Middle East working on deals which are up to $1 million in value. There is a strong emphasis progression in this company so through hard work there is huge capacity for growth and development. Key Responsibilities In this Business Development graduate job, your responsibilities will include: Research to understand the relevant issues for your market and communicate those issues effectively to senior level executives. Presenting and networking our solution to C-level executives in person and over the telephone Develop and grow a strong comprehension of the sales skills required in this role, including an understanding of the value proposition and value based selling. Negotiate deals up to $1m. Continuously train and develop your sales and negotiation skills both over the phone and face to face. So, what are we looking for? A minimum of a 2.1 from university, ideally in the sciences 6-12 months experience in a sales role A real interest in science and technology, ideally with previous experience selling to businesses Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Intelligence, drive and resilience The ability to handle a fast-paced environment A real entrepreneurial spirit Ability to articulate effectively in an engaging manner What else is on offer?
